My cakes have a unique taste and texture.  Like your cakes light and fluffy? Call another baker because my cakes are moist, thick and dense! More like the "old fashioned" cakes. I do as much as I can by hand using my own recipes developed over 20 years of creating cakes. I wont make you choose from just 5 different cake designs. Bring me your pictures, magazine clippings and color swatches. You design it.... let me do the rest!
