Hi Marlys, well the big day has come and gone. I had 2 weddings this weekend and I'm so tired. But I just wanted to let you know the cake for Darla and Kyle was so beautiful!! You did an amazing job on the lettering. They were so happy with it. There were many comments about the uniqueness of the design. It was also delicious. I had the chocolate it was yummy! The cake for the Saturday wedding was no where near yours in design and taste. I've had a lot of wedding cake in the last 11 years, and yours ranks in the TOP! It was a pleassure working with you. Marly, thank you so much for taking our wedding cake order on such short notice. Oh, also thank you for referring us to Megan at Elemental Arts, she did an awesome job on our jewelry. Yes, the cake made it all the way up to Mt. Hood in the back of my sister in laws car, safe and sound! You did a great job on the design, although I would have liked the "champagne" color to be a little lighter, Im assuming you made it bit darker to compliment the white flowers? Just thought you should know. It tasted awesome thought and everyone loved it. Thanks for being part of our special day. Brenda

Remember me? Celeste? When I told you to "do what ever you want" with our cake I had no idea it would turn out soooo wonderful. Gosh, the purple lettering all over it and the flowers placed just so! It was in the middle of the dance floor and it looked so elegant! You rock!!! I loved the white cake with the raspberry and cheesecake filling, we had soooo much cake left over. I made sure to save more to take home! I will be calling you on birthdays too! Good luck with your move, and I'm glad you will be able to work at the church facility now, more room! Marly, Thanks so much for meeting me at Starbucks to taste cakes so early in the morning! I brought the cake sample home that you gave  me and I didn't tell my kids that one of them was carrot cake but told them just to "try" it. They loved it and freaked out when I told them it was carrot cake! I'm not kidding when I tell you that is THE BEST cake I have ever tasted.
